Warranty
UA. Galleryy pieces are warranted against manufacturing defect by a 1 year official color warranty from the date of purchase. Manufacturing defects do not include damage resulting from everyday use, or damage sustained after dropping the products or banging it against a hard surface.
Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and aging (e.g scratched surfaces)
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, or accidents (knocks, dents crushing, broken stones, etc).
- Handling of the UA. pieces by non-authorized personal (e.g for size adjustment, service or repairs).
Jewellery Care
What is Sterling Silver?
Sterling silver is a metal containing at least 92.5% silver. This is the legal standard of purity set by the assay offices in Britain and used for most silver jewellery throughout the world. It means that the metal used is of a specific quality. Pure silver is never used, as it is too soft to be practical.
To prevent tarnish, follow these tips:
1) Store your UA. Galleryy piece in a cool, dry place. Silver tarnishes when exposed to air, so it’s a good idea to keep your silver jewellery in airtight zip lock plastic bags, or covered in a cloth enclosed in an airtight container when not in use. This will help slow down the tarnishing process and protect your jewellery from scratching.
2) Do not wear your UA. piece while cleaning, swimming or taking a shower. Always remove your jewellery before using any product that contains bleach, ammonia, alcohol, nail polish removers that contain acetone and turpentine.
To clean your jewellery, try these tips:
1) Dust and sweat can often accumulate on jewellery pieces causing grime but it can easily be cleaned using a soft cloth.
2) Never use toothpaste to clean silver jewellery, as it is very abrasive.

UA. Galleryy DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, however we do allow exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. In the event you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow you to exchange your item for an item of equal or greater value. Jewellery items can be exchanged for jewellery only and also you'll pay for shipping charges.

If you are sending an item back due to a manufacturing issue or for a ring sizing issue, you must first request a return number for your package. UA. Galleryy is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or order number. Please mail the package to the address provided in the instructions you receive from ua.galleryy@gmail.com and ensure that your name, address and return authorisation number are clearly printed on the outside of the package.

Please note: All returns should be properly packed in the same way as it was sent to you. The package contents should be properly covered and taped. Any package that is not properly covered and taped will not be considered eligible for returns and exchanges.
UA. Galleryy will contact you upon receipt of the package. Our quality inspection team must confirm the returned jewellery has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 7-day period. All items must arrive back in their original condition.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
